He joined hands with Mr. Tandon in the year 2002 as Partner in S. Tandon & Associates. He is a Director in Integrated Risk Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. a leading Insurance Brokerage company.

KKG has set up and enhanced operations in BPO, ITES, Insurance Broking, Management Consulting and advisory services. He is engaged in initiatives on sale/integration of business, migration of activities, outsourcing, margin enhancement through organizational restructuring, re-engineering of processes.
